The Science Job Fair is the ideal opportunity for your company to meet potential employees with in-depth scientific knowledge. The event is organised by StuW, the student council of UGent's Faculty of Science.

This edition will take place on Thursday 20 March 2025 in the library of campus Sterre (S5 UGent) from 16h to 20h. For construction and dismantling of the stands, before and after the job fair one hour will be provided.

Included:

Catering for exhibitors and visitors is provided at the job fair, with this we create a pleasant atmosphere in which you can engage in conversation with interested students.

We provide vegetarian or gluten-free options, more on this later. During the job fair, we facilitate contact between company and student via the service WeFynd.

Which students:

The job fair is specifically aimed at students from the Faculty of Science, studying programmes in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics and Astronomy, Chemistry, Geology, Geography & Geomatics, Biochemistry & Biotechnology and Biology.
