The Bachelor of Geography and Geomatics provides a general basic education,
where students become familiar with the perspectives relevant to geography,
problems, methods, techniques and research findings, as well as those of ancillary sciences
of various kinds.
Students should be familiar with the principles of
geographical/spatial research in the fields of social and
economic geography, landscape science, physical geography, cartography and
geographic information systems, topography, remote sensing and how the
different aspects of geography and geomatics relate to each other
relate and can be coherently integrated.
