On May 18th - 20th Liangliang JIANG, Lu ZHANG, Liangzhong CAO, Yongchao DUAN, Peng CAI and Tao PAN successfully defended their double PhDs (Ghent University and University Chinese Academy of Sciences) at the Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography (XIEG), Chinese Academy of Sciences (Urumqi, China) in a video examination with the jury members of both universities.
