Luqi Li (°1991) is a visiting PhD student from the School of Urban and Regional Science, East China Normal University. He holds a Master’s degree in Land Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy. His research focuses on: 1) the structures and dynamics of interurban transport, logistics and firm networks; 2) the effects of “development zones” on the polycentricity of Chinese cities; 3) regional governance and politics of scale in the context of state spatial restructuring.
