We are happy to announce that the specialist course “3D Modelling”, acknowledged by the Doctoral Schools, will be organized at the Department of Geography of Ghent University from the 24th till the 26th of April 2019. The 3-day course deals with both practical and theoretical aspects of 3D modelling (e.g. laser scanning, image-based modelling). There will be elaborated on the data-acquisition and data-processing, but also on communication and possible applications of the resulting models. It is our pleasure to inform you that registration is now open for the members of the de Doctoral Schools of Natural Sciences and Doctoral Schools of Bioscience Engineering.
