The GeoAI Research Center at Ghent University is pleased to announce the first international conference fully dedicated to Geospatial Artificial Intelligence (GeoAI).

GeoAI is an emerging discipline at the intersection of GIScience, computer science, and related fields. It aims to enable machines to learn, reason, and analyze geospatial data in ways similar to humansβ€”and even beyond human capabilities.

GeoAI 2026 will bring together scholars, researchers, and professionals from academia, industry, and government to exchange ideas and explore how GeoAI can advance science and shape society.

πŸ“ Call for extended abstracts: Submit 600–1200 words via EasyChair by 20 January 2026. All submissions will be peer-reviewed, and accepted contributions will be presented as either oral or poster sessions.
