Bio

Sil Lanckriet works since 2012 at the Department of Geography, as a researcher at the Special Research Fund of Ghent University. His research focuses on the relation between climate changes and land degradation, with specific attention to environmental changes on longer timescales (Late Holocene) in the Horn of Africa.
