Seyed Hossein Chavoshi
Seyed Hossein Chavoshi (°1983, Tehran) is a PhD student at the Geography Department of Ghent University. He holds a Master's degree in Surveying and Geomatics Engineering (University of Tehran, Faculty of Engineering).
His PhD research deals with representation of motion patterns between pairs of moving point objects (MPOs). The aim is to extract, represent and query important motion patterns in different applications. He applies Qualitative Trajectory Calculus (QTC) to assess the spatio-temporal relations between MPOs.
